I don’t hold writing workshops because I want to teach people who to write. I hold space because writing it one of the best tools we have to get in touch with our own souls. That’s my work… to encourage people to touch the flesh of their own soul.

Festivals
After holding space and performing spoken word poetry at International Festivals, I've understood leading is actually just allowing yourself to be seen for that which you are.

When we share our poetry, a new level of intimacy is reached that cannot be attained in everyday life. Festivals are a great space to go deep with humans you may not know
Small Groups
Weekly small groups are my jam. I love to introduce people to stream-of-consciousness journaling to climb over the ego/fear mechanism that keeps us from touching our truth.

Through open, fluid conversation we discuss creative habits, blocks, and relevant topics.
​
And of course- sharing. I know I've done my job when people reach out a week later and tell me they've been deeply inspired since our time together.

I attended Henley’s writing workshops in Bali, and fell absolutely in love with her approach to writing.
